Thanks! Observation: For EXIF, Makernote, and XMP, none of the three options was checked initially, which apparently defaulted to "Custom", so it worked there. Additional observation: While it seems to be the case that some of my pictures don't have a "Time Created" tag (no idea how this could happen), I also have the situation where the picture *does* have this tag but it is "unavailable" in the Metadata tab (see attached).
