Summary: [Wayland] Log out causes the CPU utilization to jump
                    to 100%
           Product: plasmashell
           Version: 5.19.4
          Platform: openSUSE RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: k...@davidedmundson.co.uk
          Reporter: twinshadows...@gmail.com
                CC: plasma-b...@kde.org
  Target Milestone: 1.0
             Flags: Wayland+

SUMMARY
After pressing "log out", akonadi_maildispatcher_agent,
akonadi_newmailnotifier_agent, akonadi_indexing_agent, korgac, kdeconnectd
start using 100% of the CPU.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in
2. Log out

OBSERVED RESULT
After pressing log out, all the fans start ramping up. Signing in shows
akonadi_maildispatcher_agent, akonadi_newmailnotifier_agent,
akonadi_indexing_agent, korgac, kdeconnectd using 100% of the CPU.
Strace in htop prints:
"wait4(6735, NULL WNOHANG, NULL) = 0
poll([{fd=3, events=POLLIN}], 1, 1000) = 0 (Timeout)"
Plasma can stutter, freeze or crash.

EXPECTED RESULT
CPU utilization stays below 1%
