I tagged a few photos without running the Image Editor and could not reproduce. Then I ran the Editor on the attached file, performed a local contrast and color auto correction (both with default settings), saved, and exited the Editor. After I tagged the boy in the water I could not find his associated face rectangle. When I tagged the other boy, all was fine.
