SUMMARY
The popup is no more visible when other window is focused.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pin the popup.
2. Open or focus other window.
OBSERVED RESULT
The focused window goes to the first plane and the popup is hidden behind it.
EXPECTED RESULT
Popup should be always visible while pinned.
Operating System: Ubuntu 20.04
KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.80
