The problem is about setting the file as the selected one in the panel.
Can you share your .krusaderrc config file or at least your selection settings?
(Konfigurator -> Panel -> Selection Mode).
The file seems to be a Chrome partial download. Does it still exists in the
directory? Can you try the same action in Dolphin?
