Many of the tools that are used for animation and art, such as all of the art
tools and selection tools
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.select the wanted tool
2.do the action (paint, select area, etc.)
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
No area is selected/nothing appears when painting
EXPECTED RESULT
Area is selected/the paint appears
