SUMMARY
openSUSE Tumbleweed with KDE
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Global theme: Dark Breeze
2. In Kate, select Settings > Color Theme either Default or Breeze Dark.
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Only the windows frame changes. The text are remains black text on a black
background, which is not readable.
Even when a Light theme is chosen, the text area doesn't change at all.
EXPECTED RESULT
The text color to be light.
