STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On clicking and dragging the window titlebar, it maximizes by default.
OBSERVED RESULT
Maximizes by default
EXPECTED RESULT
I want the window to drag, follow the mouse

Linux/KDE Plasma: Neon

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I expect to be able to click and drag the window title by default. Instead it
maximizes. This may be because someone has forced the client to operate
remotely? I have been hacked. How can I tell if my apps are hosted remotely?
I cannot find a setting that allows me to make this the default action.
