This occurs for me too.
System: Mac OSX Yosemite 10.10.3
Tablet: Wacom Bamboo

To be more specific with this bug, when using the Pen for the Tablet.

Krita tracks the pen (when hovering above tablet) correctly at first. If you
then start to draw on the canvas (with a brush and the pen touching the tablet)
the brush strokes are tracking correctly. As soon as you lift the pen from the
tablet and begin hovering above the tablet, the "brush" graphic no longer
follows the actual position of the pen. If you move your pen outside of the
canvas (to the color picker, menu, layers, etc.,) correct tracking resumes.

So if you draw in the canvas, lift up your pen(tracking is lost), move your pen
off the canvas (tracking resumes).

For further information, the tracking stays lost if you draw with tablet, and
then switch to the mouse, the tracking remains lost.
