SUMMARY
Format Painter doesn't change any formatting.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select text
2. Press the format painter button
3. Select other text
OBSERVED RESULT
No formatting changes.
Also, the button for format painter remains selected even after the mouse
cursor goes away.
EXPECTED RESULT
The other text is formatted with the same format as the original text.
