Bug ID: 364043 Summary: Intuos Pro cannot generate settings profiles, cannot configure buttons. Product: wacomtablet Version: unspecified Platform: Debian stable OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: major Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: joerg.ehri...@gmx.de Reporter: heminder...@gmail.com Hi. So I purchased a graphics tablet model PTH-651/K and its basic functions are working, ie pressure sensitivity, eraser, tilt, pen buttons, touch wheel, and touch pad. However I cannot configure the tablet's nine buttons and the touch wheel functions. When I plug in the tablet it detects it, but as it tries to load the default profiles, I get error notifications and although it picks up the name of the model there are no settings to configure the model-specific functions. Screen: http://s33.postimg.org/92o9fb4kt/wacomissue0.png As I try to create a new profile for the settings, it doesn't work and spits out the same error messages. Screens: http://s33.postimg.org/krsra6oz1/wacomissue1.png http://s33.postimg.org/d3ouv1bl9/wacomissue2.png I have a Bamboo tablet which works perfectly, so I'm not sure why this Intuos isn't detected by the system settings properly. $ xsetwacom --list devices Wacom Intuos Pro M Pen stylus id: 12 type: STYLUS Wacom Intuos Pro M Pen eraser id: 13 type: ERASER Wacom Intuos Pro M Pen cursor id: 16 type: CURSOR Wacom Intuos Pro M Pen pad id: 17 type: PAD Wacom Intuos Pro M Finger touch id: 18 type: TOUCH Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.
