Summary: Window decoration on maximized window is not large
enough to cover all underlaying pixels
           Product: kwin
           Version: 5.19.3
          Platform: Archlinux Packages
                OS: Linux

Maximized window having 1px red line on the left and top edge of the window
decoration

SUMMARY

With scaling factor 150% set, the window decoration on a maximized window is
not large enough to cover all underlying pixels, leaving about 1px line on top.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the desktop wallpaper to a solid color, like red
2. Maximize any window with server-side decoration (I tried dolphin, vscode,
system settings)

OBSERVED RESULT
There is a 1px red line on the top of the screen. See the attached screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
The window and decoration should fully cover whatever is underneath them.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Archlinux with latest updates (kernel 5.7.10-arch1-1)
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.72.0
Qt Version: 5.15.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This is on a *Wayland* session. I'm aware of [1], but that happens on X11, and
for me the 1px line only appears in the window decoration section. So I think
this is a different bug.
