SUMMARY
When I resized the window size, move the window to the position needed, then
restart kate. The position of kate window always was fixed. It's really strange
for me.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start kate
2. move the kate window to any position.
3. restart kate
OBSERVED RESULT
The position of kate window always was fixed.
EXPECTED RESULT
The position of kate window should be the last position before I restart kate.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: windows 7 64 bits
