STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. render project
2. select default options (webM)
3. select 'render to file'.
4. select 'job queue tab', and click 'start job'
OBSERVED RESULT
" (address of file output)
Waiting... [for eternity]
EXPECTED RESULT
start to render video
