Highlights activity switch freezing.
SUMMARY
If I press Meta+Tab, it pstevvvvulls up the activity switcher, however, after I
let go, the activity switcher remains frozen over everything else on the
screen. The only way to remove it is by running 'plasmashell --replace'. Other
elements of the shell remain interactable, INCLUDING parts of the activitiy
switcher(though not all). This has happened consistenly since updating to
5.19.3. This appears to be a re-emergence of #393912-

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press meta+tab
2. Profit
OBSERVED RESULT
Activity switcher is frozen on screen
EXPECTED RESULT
Activity switcher dissapears after letting go of meta+tab
