When logging into plasma, the login sound I have configured in the system
settings (notifications->applications->plasma workspace->configure
events-login) does not play. All other system sounds (including the custom
logout sound) work as expected. This can be reproduced on both my machines.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure login sound
2. Logout/shut down
3. Login/reboot and login
OBSERVED RESULT
No login sound
EXPECTED RESULT
configured login sound plays
