SUMMARY
Configured second panel doesn't retain any widgets/etc after reboot.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Addded one dock below, one panel on top and one panel at the right. Made
them to "float"
2. Added system tray widgets to second panel at the right.
3. Reboot
OBSERVED RESULT
Widgets will disappear from second panel at the right. Other Panel and Dock
retain their settings.
EXPECTED RESULT
Widgets configured on second panel at the right should be retained after
reboots.
