STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. toggle 125% global zoom
2. reboot
3. open konsole and type any key,
OBSERVED RESULT
A line appear in konsole
EXPECTED RESULT
The meeting is smooth, there are no extra thin lines

Windows: no
