SUMMARY
This issue is 95% reproducible with the steps below.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings > startup and shutdown
2. click on "Get new login screens..." and immediately close the window
3. go to "Splash Screen" kcm
4. click on "Get new splash screens" button and immediately close the window
5. close System Settings
6. try to reopen System Settings: you can not because systemsettings5 process
got stuck in the memory when System Settings was closed
EXPECTED RESULT
systemsettings5 process should always be completely terminated when System
Settings is closed
