SUMMARY
Plugins -> Install Plugins button redirects to wrong page in Discover
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Gwenview
2. Select Plugins menu, and then Install Plugins
OBSERVED RESULT
Discover will open, but won't be able to load page.
EXPECTED RESULT
Discover opens on a page with Gwenview plugins
