SUMMARY
It would be great for kate to Follow links in asciidoc (xref:foo.ad[]). This
should open foo.ad on kate, on a new tab.
Also clicking on http links should open them on a browser.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create links in asciidoc (xref:foo.ad[])
2. click on them
3. hope they open
OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
opens foo.ad on a new tab
