Check below for details. The liquify brush engine seems not to be optimized/broken, I don't know. Currently, while it's functional, it's utterly slow and stutters a lot in terms of performance. Please, do something about it. I have a core i7 3rd gen CPU and an Nvidia GT640M GPU and in Photoshop CC 2020 v21.1.3, the liquify tool is dozen times faster and smoother than in Krita.
