1. start muon
2. choose a file to install or remove
3. click on apply

receive error message "proper authorization not provided"

lubuntu 20.04lts
equivalent error occurs with Discover (no authorization screen dialog
presented)
muon and discover will run from the terminal, though using sudo causes a lot of
complaints
earlier bug reports have not provided a solution
