Hmm, I seem to be able to run After Effects 2020 17.1.1 (latest), and the
version before it, fine while Krita is running. I might say it's RAM related on
your end, have you measured how much memory you have left while After Effects
2020 is running? You can find this out in Task Manager. Hope this helps.
