Have this 116MB file made in krita 2.9, after opening it, create a paint layer
and use a brush, first strokes will lag more than 10 seconds while the program
does internal working, after strokes appear, software catches up and there is
no lag. I you try clicking stuff (like closing the file) while working,
software hungs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a big 2.9 file
2. Create a new paint layer
3. Use brush and do a few strokes (mouse or tablet)
4. Wait :)

Actual Results:  
Krita becomes unresponsive for some reasonable time

Expected Results:  
Picked up brush strokes on the fly, or at least display some sort of "I'm
working now, hold your hourses"

Using an AMD Radeon HD 6850, and a cintiq 21UX
