Previous settings window.

SUMMARY
In previous versions of Plasma, there was originally an option to set URLs to
open in different applications based on their contents. For example, an image
link clicked on might be opened up in Gwenview. As of Plasma 5.19 however, this
option is not present.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set Web Browser in Default Applications setting to desired web browser.
2. Open image link from a chat application/text document

OBSERVED RESULT
Image is opened in the default web browser.

EXPECTED RESULT
A setting to allow such links to be opened in specific applications ought to be
here.
