Okay, Boudewijn, now i tried different brushes, ordinary ones like 
pencil, ordinary paint-brushes and so on, everything`s fine.

Than i tried again with watercolour-brushes. Most of them work totally 
fine, but the ones which don`t (at least on my system) are:

J) Water C Spread (here i used 500px "thikness" of the brushstroke. 
During (fast)stroking squares appear and disturb my concentration for 
the lining.

Than i changed and used:

J) Water C Spread  Wide Area  and it really got worse... (used a 
standard thickness of 200px here)

For me it look like that "there was too much information coming into the 
chache during stroking".
