SUMMARY
Cannot set Kate as default to read MD files.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDE Kate from the Windows Store
2. Open any *.MD file with the "Open with..." in Explorer, cannot select Kate
to open it and select it as default in any way
OBSERVED RESULT
>From the dropdown list of usable apps to open an MD file, Kate doesn't appear
and be set as default.
EXPECTED RESULT

and be set as default.
