SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Unfortunately I'm not able to reproduce. I happens "randomly" after waking up
the computer, when it's locked and when it's inactive for a few minutes.
OBSERVED RESULT
No blur and no rounded account picture.
EXPECTED RESULT
Blurred background and rounded account picture.
