SUMMARY
The "Online Accounts" setting does not allow the creation of new accounts. Nor
does the help requestor provide any information.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to "Online Accounts" in settings.
2. Click on "Add Account"
3. Click on "Google"
OBSERVED RESULT
You're back at a screen saying there are no accounts, and giving you the option
of adding an account.
EXPECTED RESULT
Being asked to configure a google account.
