I can confirm this with version 20.07.70
Changing focus works, but the Yakuake dropdown only gets overlayed and does not
retract. Minimizing the overlaying Window shows the Yakuake dropdown again.
This also leads to the a bit weird behaviour that one has to press F12 twice to
bring it back (once for retracting in the background and once for opening
again).
