Maybe irrelevant, but there are some places with broken hinting in Plasma
Settings too, for example in User Feedback tab (privacy policy link),
Thunderbolt settings ("Thunderbolt system is not available" text), Window Rules
settings ("No rules for specific windows are currently set" text).
