SUMMARY
"System uptime" and "Uptime" sensors are available in the widget settings, none
works.
"System uptime" remains "0:00" even after reboot and "Uptime" not even shows
its label when added.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add "System monitor sensor" widget to your desktop
2. open its settings, "Sensors details" section, add "Uptime" or "System
uptime" sensors
3.
OBSERVED RESULT

EXPECTED RESULT
uptime sensors should work
