I have a similar behaviour: on saving, the editor window's width becomes 1062px
if it was smaller before.
Steps to reproduce:
1- Open a file
2- Shrink the window so that its width is lower than 1062px
3- Hit Ctrl+S or click the Save button (no need to modify the file before).
Notes:
* Has been happening for a while (years)
* Recently started happening even if the Width has been forced in "Special
Window Settings" (used to be an easy workaround)
