On a USB live key with Fedora 32 KDE respin, the problem doesn't occur. There has been a long time (> 5 years) I didn't do a fresh install on this PC. the two other ones are updates form a fresh install of Fedora 30. I think I upgraded from fedora 3, then 4, then plasma... I erased yesterday .config and .gconf, and did a reconfiguration, but It didn't solve the issue.
