They are necessarily targeted at Plasma 5.20 due to the way our release
schedules for Frameworks and Plasma work, but I made them in such a way that it
should be easy for distros to backport them to Plasma 5.19. Once they land, I
will email the distributions mailing list with instructions.
Sorry for the mess, everyone. :( I should have listened to the people who
cautioned me against using QQC2 elements in Plasma.
