SUMMARY
This is feature that has been requested quite a lot of times and should make it
far easier and more intuitive to install new plugins.
And considering that in https://phabricator.kde.org/T10538 the categories got
added this seems now doable.
The installation process will be similar to the one of dolphin,
because there we also have packagekit and build plugins from source.
The following features should be implemented:
- Run install/uninstall scripts
- Support Packagekit
- Automatic reloading, maybe a better solution then restarting the entire
runner process, see also BUG 421426
