SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in to plasma desktop after turning on the computer or rebooting
2. choose "reboot" in global menu and hit Enter.
3. instead of rebooting the logout occurs.
OBSERVED RESULT
When I choose "Reboot", the system should reboot.
