The layout
SUMMARY
I would like to be able to have a layout with two panels on a single edge that
are both centered. When I move my cursor to the edge, both panels would show
up.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Import the layout in the attachment.
2. Place the cursor on the bottom edge.
OBSERVED RESULT
One panel shows up.
EXPECTED RESULT
Both panels show up.
