SUMMARY
In 5.19, clicking at the very bottom left does not open the application menu
anymore. You have the click on the icon for the menu to open.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move mouse point to coordinate 0,0
2. Click and nothing happens

OBSERVED RESULT
The application menu does not open when mouse point click at coordinate 0,0 on
the screen
EXPECTED RESULT
The Application menu opens
