Dialogs with small shadows
OpenSUSE Tumbleweed with Qt 5.15 and all KDE software built from today's git
master.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set scale factor to 200%
2. Reboot
3. Open Kickoff or any other Plasma dialog
OBSERVED RESULT
Shadows do not scale and are super tiny
EXPECTED RESULT
Shadows scale and are normal sized
