SUMMARY
Some ligatures are incorrectly render using Fira Code 4.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install and configure Fira Code 4 (https://github.com/tonsky/FiraCode)
2. Download the attached fira.bug file.
3. Run "cat fira.bug".
OBSERVED RESULT
You will see an ASCII progress bar incorrectly rendered as a series of
ligatures.
Actual output:

EXPECTED RESULT
You should see a *continuous* bar.
