As of 4.3.0 beta 2, the "Save Image Size as:" box is located too far away from
the "Predefined" list it associates with, it's even being excluded from the
same widget of the Predefined list, which is very confusing. Its text doesn't
convey its purpose very well either. I think it might be a good idea to:
Move:
Save Image Size as: [ INPUT ] [ Save ]
Above:
Predefined: [ DROPLIST ]
Also change its text to:
Add to Predefined: [ New Size Name ] [ Add ]
