SUMMARY
Since recently, whenever I boot my laptop, plasma-nm won't connect to my Wifi
immediately anymore.
Instead, only the neighbors' networks are enlisted. Mine first and immediately
comes up, when I uncheck the "Wifi" checkbox und recheck it.
I don't observe this behaviour after hibernation.
