Bug ID: 422102 Summary: Can't login to freesound to download high-quality audios Product: kdenlive Version: 20.04.1 Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: User Interface Assignee: j...@kdenlive.org Reporter: m...@iyanmv.com Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 128806 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=128806&action=edit Screenshots SUMMARY Freesound requires an account to download high-quality audios. Kdenlive includes a login window when trying to download an audio using Project->Online resources. The problem is that after login successfully, nothing happens. A key is shown in the screen, but download doesn't start. After closing the window, if I try again, the login window is shown again. According to the manual, the token is stored in ~/.config/kdenliverc but I cannot see any entry related to Freesound. Maybe this is not working? STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open a new project 2. Go to Project->Online resources. In service choose Freesound Audio Library 3. Search any sound (e.g. airplane) 4. Click import and choose a path to save the file 5. Freesound login window is shown. Write credentials and click login 6. Click authorize 7. New login window (this time like a full website). Write credentials again. 8. An authorization code is obtained OBSERVED RESULT Nothing happens after getting the token. Either I cancel, or I choose to download the HQ preview file. EXPECTED RESULT Login is successful and high-quality file is downloaded.
