SUMMARY
When you try to connect with the sftp or fish KIO slave, it will spam the login
dialog over an over if you try to cancel.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. Try to connect over sftp or fish
3. Wait for a login dialog
4. Click cancel
OBSERVED RESULT
A new login dialog appears. This happens over and over, whenever you click
cancel, making it impossible to abort the connection.
EXPECTED RESULT
Clicking cancel should abort the connection (or maybe fall back to a different
authentication method if available).
