Crippled Notes widget
I can also confirm this with my Manjaro KDE/Plasma. If I login and don't open
any window, then directly click the Notes widget, it opens normally anytime
I'll click on it during that session... but if I log out and log in again, open
a few windows and THEN click the Notes widget, it becomes crippled as per
attachment above.
