in 2.9 everything works perfectly.
in V3.0 the cursor is aligned properly over the menus and icons however it's
way off over the canvas area.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.just normal startup

Expected Results:
aligned the cursor with bamboo input
i am using surface pro 2 with wacom bamboo pen
