Currently, Okular cannot print arbitrary page ranges, see
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=389206
Can you confirm that printing of the small PDFs (~10 pages) with the "Pages:"
option does not hang Okular but results in the whole document to be printed?
