SUMMARY
The window window location on program start using dual 4K monitor is not
remembered from last run.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start the program
OBSERVED RESULT
The program window size is remembered from last program run, but the top left
corner is at the center of the screen. So, much of the program window is below
and to the right of the screen
